For full-colour digital printed mailer boxes, we recommend designing your artwork using the dieline template for the selected box size. This helps ensure that graphics, text, and other design elements are positioned correctly across the box panels.
For simple logo printing, a full dieline may not be required. You can upload your logo when placing your order, and we will prepare an E-Proof for your approval.
What artwork file formats do you accept?
For the best printing results, we recommend vector artwork in AI or print-ready PDF format. High-resolution PNG or JPEG files may also be accepted depending on the design. For full-colour artwork, images should be high resolution, fonts should be outlined, and colours should be prepared in CMYK whenever possible.
Will I receive a proof before production?
Yes. We will prepare an E-Proof showing your artwork placement for review before production begins. Please check your artwork, spelling, colours, positioning, and other details carefully. Production will begin only after your E-Proof has been approved.
How long does production take?
Production time varies depending on the mailer style, printing method, quantity, and specifications. Please refer to the individual product page for the estimated production time. Production time begins after your E-Proof has been approved and does not include shipping or delivery time.
